Can Video Games Be Addictive?

After blogging about violent video games, I am now asking those youths out there, "Can Video Games Be Addictive?"

Don't you know that, brain reactions of people who play computer games excessively are similar to those of alcoholics or cannabis addicts? According to a magazine, it is thought that stimulation from excessive playing of computer games can cause an increased release of dopamine into a player’s brain. Do you guys know what dopamine is? Hmmm. Dopamine is inside our body which produces a sensation of well-being that can eventually create an "addiction!" How was that?

One survey suggested that this may occur in over 10 percent of those who play video games. That's why I am advising you to imitate what I've done.

"LIMIT YOUR TIME ON VIDEO GAMES."
