First of all, I would like to tell you that this blog is not a Twitter blog. Hehehe. I just love to blog about it because I'm so overwhelmed with the benefits Twitter has given me. Yay! Do you know that Twitter has its limitation?
That limitation is called the "Fail Whale!" It is illustrated as a Whale held up by birds and nets. Check the image below:

That image is shown when Twitter experiences an outage. It comes with a message "Too many tweets! Please wait a moment and try again." But so far, I haven't seen that fail whale on Twitter yet.
