That is called the pangram and that sentence uses every letter of the alphabet at least once. Actually, there are a lot of pangrams in the world. As a matter of fact, you can create your own pangram. Take these sentences for example:
Nymphs blitz quick vex dwarf jog.
Big fjords vex quick waltz nymph.
Junk MTV quiz graced by fox whelps.
Bawds jog, flick quartz, vex nymphs.
Waltz, bad nymph, for quick jigs vex!
Fox nymphs grab quick-jived waltz.
Brick quiz whangs jumpy veldt fox.
