Well, this is my 500th post. Actually, there is nothing new here except that this is the 500th article on this blog. I don't know what to say or share at this time. I am just writing anything so can I show you you that at least, I have put some efforts for my 500th article. Hmmm. What should I do? I'm thinking of checking my archives and picking some of favorite forgotten articles. Here are some of those:
1. On April 10, 2009, Rickspot.com entered the blogosphere!
2. I opened a photoblog named Rickspot Photos.
3. Our graduation day on college is celebrated on April 2009 too.
4. My first post regarding Korea is all about cloned dogs.
5. We are also alarmed by the H1N1 Virus when it entered the vicinity of the Philippines.
6. It is also a good news for all public teachers to have a salary increase. I am not eligible for this. T_T
7. On my first month of blogging here, my blog is marked as spam and have been locked. After 1 day, the notification is gone and it goes back to normal. Phew!
8. I receive my PageRank 2 after blogging for almost 2 months. Thanks so much to all of those who linked my blog!
9. Found this video which is created with a lot of webcams. Check it out.
10. I realized my biggest blogging mistake and made some temporary actions to fix it.
11. In my post "My Google Adsense Earning for this Day", I posted a photo of myself showing how much I am earning per day on that time.
12. I also craved to have a web hosting account and or course, a self-hosted Wordpress.
13. I am not a professional photographer so I made my very own first photo walk here in Batangas.
14. On July 2009, I celebrated my blogging anniversary here in the Blogosphere. FYI, this blog (Rickspot) is not my first blog.
15. I also became sad because I felt that this blog is penalized. Here and here are some sad blog posts.
16. It is one of the happiest moment in my blogging hobby when I first receive my first ever Google Adsense earning! It is worth $150+.
17. Yeah, our first Western Union experience is fun. Read it.
18. After receiving my earnings, I got bored with blogging. Check that article why.
19. This Blog Has Recovered from a Serious Error! after being penalized by Google for almost 2 months.
20. This blog also showcased some famous examples of single serving sites. Go and check it out if you're not yet familiar with them.
21. Again, my interest for photography inspired me in trying the slow shutter speed photography technique.
22. On the second month of 2010, I rejoiced because of having Google sitelinks on this blog. Good thing that I have made a screenshot before disappearing. LOL!
23. I also experienced having high traffic but low Google Adsense earning. Thanks, because it is now resolved.
24. I became a corporate slave. and;
25. Updating my blog became a burden for me. But still I can publish articles on weekly basis.
OK, those are some recorded happenings in my blogging career. Of course, negative or sad events will surely occur but it should not stop you from doing those things you like. Once again, this is my 500th post in this blog. I am hoping for more and more post to come. Thanks everyone!
