Last thursday, Malacañang has declared that October 25, 2010, Monday will be a special non-working holiday. During that day, the 2010 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) elections will be held. And it is official because President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III have signed the Proclamation No. 48 for the purpose.
